RIGHT OF ADMISSION
This Conference is organised by Paragon Global, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.
EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
To qualify for the Early Registration fee, payment must be received on or before 30 January 2026.
A seven (7) day grace period will apply for registrations completed on 30 January 2026 where an invoice is issued on that date.
Any payments outstanding after the grace period will automatically be amended to the Regular rate.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made online via credit card or PayPal.

Please note:
Registration will only be confirmed—and access permitted—once full prepayment has been received prior to the start of the Conference, or if payment is made on-site upon arrival.
Please ensure that all transfer-related charges or fees are settled by you.
BANK CHARGES
All bank charges are for the payer’s account.
The full invoiced amount must be received in the Conference bank account.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at congress@eapaediatrics.eu.
Refund structure:

80% refund for cancellations received on or before 30 January 2026

60% refund for cancellations received between 01 February 2026 and 01 March 2026
-
No refund for cancellations received from 02 March 2026 onwards
You remain liable for any unpaid invoices if cancellation is not submitted in writing.
Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own travel arrangements.
Only hotel reservations made through the Conference website will be automatically cancelled upon valid written cancellation.
Any cancellation fees charged to Paragon Global by third-party suppliers will be deducted from any refund due.
PROGRAMME
The Conference programme is subject to change without prior notice.
FORCE MAJEURE
After the cancellation cut-off date, payments are not refundable for any reason, including but not limited to:
illness, failure to use Conference credentials, natural disasters, acts of God, travel-related disruptions, or acts of terrorism—
or any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
SUBSTITUTION AND BADGE POLICY
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the Conference, subject to approval and at the discretion of Paragon Global.
Invitations issued as part of an Association membership or through an invitational programme are non-transferable and not eligible for substitution.

Badge Policy:

Sharing of attendee badges/credentials is strictly prohibited.

Badges/credentials may only be collected and used by the individual named in the registration.

Proof of registration is required when collecting a badge onsite.

Badges must be worn at all times during the Conference.

A Conference badge grants access to the official EAP Conference sessions.
PAYMENT TERMS
Currency Exchange Rate Disclaimer:
The Client/Cardholder acknowledges and accepts that any gain or loss resulting from currency exchange rate adjustments made by their bank is their sole responsibility.
Paragon Global is not liable for any loss incurred due to exchange rate fluctuations, nor will it pursue the Client/Cardholder for additional payment should the adjustment be in the Client’s/Cardholder’s favour.
